Role: Restaurant Leader:
The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Manage and lead company innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
- Lead the Restaurant Team to deliver exceptional guest service on every occasion, demonstrating a ‘Guest obsession’.
- Review business results regularly and communicate to your team, with clear action plans implemented to achieve improvement.
- Lead community-minded initiatives in your local area, to improve visibility and build brand loyalty.
- Create a culture that emphasizes growth, trust and accountability.
- Engage with and promote continuous improvement and business change.

Requirements:
• Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of at least 1-2 years in a management or leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including financials, inventory management, food safety, and guest service excellence.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with teams, guest, and senior management.
• Passion for the Brand: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences to every guest.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet, make quick decisions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Flexible and Resilient: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
