MD / Wait Staff (Sommelier and Chef Jobs: Restaurants)

We seek a professional Maitre'd and Wait Staff to join our team here at our busy Bistro.

We are seeking a talented individual with a great personality and communication skills and a proven ability to work under pressure. As MD you will likely be the first person our customers meet first impressions are important! Primarily you will greet and seat and manage the flow for the day liaising with the kitchen and organizing the team for the day.  We want to see all our guests leave with a positive hospitality experience. 

We also seek energetic, well presented Wait Staff to manage a section - provide great customer service and be passionate about what you do!  

The Bistro is open Tuesday thru Sunday from 9 am - 5 pm. We also open in the evenings for functions and private events when required. 

We are a busy spot and cater to a wide range of clientele from our loyal regulars, locals to visitors and tourists to this iconic Park.

Full time and part time positions available. 

This is largely a daytime role and the person for this role will:

  • Be passionate about exceptional customer service
  • Have confident interpersonal skills and genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers and the people around them.
  • Be self-motivated, well-groomed and passionate and have a broad smile at all times.
  • Be able to work weekends.
