Job responsibilities include:
Plan and organise the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing,
scheduling, and service flow.
Develop and implement service standards to enhance customer satisfaction
and efficiency
Supervise the activities of the kitchen, dining, and service staff to ensure
effective operations.
Delegate tasks and coordinate with team members to maintain a high
standard of service.
Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints, aiming to create a
positive dining experience.
Promote and maintain good customer relations to encourage loyalty and
repeat business.
Recruit, hire, and train new staff, ensuring they understand service standards
and health regulations.
Assist in planning menus in consultation with chefs, keeping in line with
customer preferences and cost requirements.
Develop budgets, monitor sales, and control operating expenses to ensure
profitability.
Manage cash handling, including opening and closing cash registers, and
prepare financial reports as required.
Organise and promote special events or seasonal promotions to attract
customers.
Ensure compliance with local food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Candidate requirements
- Working in a Restaurant would be preferred but not necessary.
- 1 to 2 years experience in the customer service industry.
- Relevant Study preferred but not necessary.
- Leadership and communication skills.
