We are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager at the newly re-opened and beautifully renovated Tatum in Manakau, Horowhenua – specifically managing the busy Jamboree restaurant and bar. 

Tatum is set in the idyllic grounds of what was Tatum Park. We have a stunningly renovated homestead, built in 1912 as our centre piece along with beautifully appointed accommodation, multiple functions spaces, the large “pavilion” that will seat 200 people for weddings and functions, indoor and outdoor bar spaces to bespoke events, a glamping zone and much more to come! Tatum will rival anywhere in the Lower North Island. 

Tatum will specialise in events, wedding and conferences, but we also have a beautiful lawn area for some local Pinot and a platter on those long summer evenings. 

This is your chance to come in at the start and help us develop our business at this exciting time.  You will have your Duty Manager’s certificate. Experience with wine and mixology is desirable. A passion for food and wine with a strong hospitality background.  You will be working with the manager of Tatum in a supportive role; developing this area of our business and also working on our events.

What We're Looking For

An experienced Food & Beverage professional – preferably currently or previously holding a management role in a similar business

Experience managing staff and busy, high-end restaurants  

You will hold your Managers Certificate

A positive can-do attitude
