Venue/Bar Manager or Senior Bar Tender needed to run a small inner city cocktail and wine lounge.
Events, regulars, collaboration with big brother Culprit restaurant, help grow this cocktail bar & lounge as we go into 2025.
Start date February 1st 2025. *negotiable
High End Cocktail & Wine Lounge – Auckland CBD
Little Culprit.
Divided into two spaces, the front bar is highlighted by an opulent dispensary where customers can perch and watch as you create our signature cocktails, or something of their own design.
It then steps down into our dark, decadent lounge. Velvet curtains, lavish leather booths await in this more private space with intimate seating for tables of 2 or groups as large as 30
The venue is a great event space, we're looking for the right person to help us expand our offering.
Currently we hold standing canapé events utilising our bespoke oyster bar & cocktail themed parties and events.
Work in a collaborative environment with support from our hands on owner Kyle Street, and the Culprit senior team.
Experienced Venue/Bar Manager or Senior Bar Tender.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

- Experience working in similar style venues either in New Zealand or internationally

- An unshakeable smile
- The ability to engage customers and build relationships with the regular patrons
- Strong organisational skills.
- Minimum two years’ experience in similar role and venue
Beverage knowledge a plus
Competent and creative cocktail skills
A robust and broad knowledge of NZ wine
Must have - LCQ and current Managers Cert.
