To lead the Club’s food and beverage operations through these changes and into the future, we are seeking a dynamic hospitality professional.  As a private club, The Hills provides an exceptional experience for its members and guests. We aim to foster a fun working environment and create an atmosphere and culture that is positive and energised. 

Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, as the Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving this mission.  To succeed in this role, you will need confidence, charisma, and a vibrant personality with 3+ years of relevant experience. These qualities will enable you to inspire and lead our F&B team in the execution of their day-to-day front-of-house operations.

We are seeking a candidate who:

  • Has management experience in the hospitality industry and is eager to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Is an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for our members to enjoy.
  • Is organized and structured in their approach, with the ability to plan and communicate effectively.
  • Possesses a strong "can-do" attitude and a willingness to assist in all areas of the business.
  • Will work closely with the General Manager, Director of Golf, and Executive Chef to ensure that events and daily operations run smoothly and collaboratively.
  • Can multi-task and understands how to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Is proficient in operating point-of-sale and other role-specific IT systems.
  • Has an interest in golf (this is an advantage but not essential).
