We are currently looking for a Retail Manager for one of our Auckland stores. This role will be suitable for someone with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for wine,beer and spirits and an interest in learning more and passing this knowledge on to others through exceptional customer service.
Prior team management is an asset to this role, though a compassionate and practical approach to working with others would be an ideal base for this.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include;
- Customer Service, a high level of selling skills required
- Merchandising, visual presentation is very important
- Organisation, of the store, the stock and the team
- Implementation of Promotional activity
- Tasting and Events
- Local Store Marketing
- Nurturing and developing a strong team around you
