Your Impact
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to lead and manage customer engagement across our key sales channels. This role is pivotal in delivering service excellence, building lasting partnerships, and achieving our commercial objectives across Grocery and Off-Premise customers.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue growth, achieve volume and distribution targets, and support the wider success of the NZ sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution across trade, promotional, and shopper strategies
- Achieve volume, value, and distribution targets across all sales channels
- Merchandising execution and provide merchandising support for Area Sales Managers
- Deliver exceptional customer service that drives mutual growth and strengthens partnerships
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Negotiate pricing and volume discounts in line with company policy
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers at all levels Drive strategic decision-making through data, market insights, and competitive analysis
- Manage customer data and pipeline activity using our CRM system
- Foster a high-performance team culture
About you
- Proven experience in FMCG, liquor or beverage field sales
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive performer who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A passion for delivering excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
