As our Bar Manager, you’ll be key to creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. Whether you’re perfecting cocktails, training staff, or ensuring our bar operations run smoothly, your passion and expertise will be at the heart of what we do.

About you
• Strong previous experience in managing a busy bar and/or restaurant
• Great presentation with strong communication and people skills at all levels
• Extensive knowledge of beer, cider, spirits, wines, and cocktails
• Be willing to learn and upskill constantly
• Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
• A can-do positive attitude with a genuine passion for people and hospitality
• Be available to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends
• A current Duty Managers Certificate and LCQ is essential
• To be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
