Job Description
As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will have oversight of Elements Restaurant, including the bar, room service, meeting & function space. This key leadership role, reporting directly to Food and Beverage Manager, requires a strategic approach to managing operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Elements Restaurant & Bar, ensuring seamless and memorable dining experiences.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
- Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of performance, training, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Monitor revenue, costs, and budgets to meet financial targets while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
- Work with the Culinary team to refine menu pricing, promotions, and offerings that align with guest preferences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in a managerial or supervisor role within restaurant and bar setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage trends.
- Proficiency in hotel management software preferred (Eg: Opera Cloud, Infrasys) and MS Office is advantageous.
