We are seeking highly motivated and passionate F&B Duty Managers for our world class food and beverage venues, The Grille, No.5 Church Lane and Eichardt's Bar.

Your duties will include:
- Providing 5-star table and bar service
- Responsible for the service of food & alcohol
- Ensuring an excellent dining experience for all our in-house guests and diners
- Ability to learn dining menu and engage with customers
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the bar
- Stock control and ordering
- Supervising and training staff
- Role responsibilities will also be discussed in the interview in full detail
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Current Duty Managers Certificate preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced restaurant and Bar
- Strong communicator and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Professional and strong work ethic
- Proven experience in similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
